When using a Broadcom NetXtreme II 10Gbps network adapter
(which uses the bnx2x driver) in a bridge,
it is no longer necessary to disable Transparent Packet
Aggregation (TPA) by including options bnx2x
disable_tpa=1 in
/etc/modprobe.conf. (Bug ID 14626070)
