Increase partition sizes to upgrade to Oracle VM Server Release 3.4.1

Bug ID 22568283

Issue: Current default partition sizes are not adequate to upgrade Oracle VM Server to Release 3.4.1.

Affected operating system: Oracle VM 3.4.1

Workaround: When upgrading to Oracle VM Server Release 3.4.1, increase the minimum partition sizes to the following: 500MB for the /boot partition, and 5GB for the /root partition.
