Windows Requirement to Disable x2APIC
Your server includes a function called x2APIC, which is enabled by default,
but must be disabled before installing Windows.
Workaround

Access the BIOS Setup Utility.

Select CPU Configuration > x2APIC > Disable.

Save your changes then exit.
