Oracle Commerce Cloud Service ships with two versions of the cart layout, Cart Layout and Cart Layout with Shipping. For account-based storefronts, you must pick one of these layouts to clone and modify for logged-in shoppers. The layout you create will share the header widget instance you created for the Home page layout for logged-in shoppers (described in Home Layout). You do not need to create a guest version of this layout because only logged-in shoppers can access a shopping cart.
To create a cart layout for logged-in shoppers:
Choose a cart layout to clone, either Cart Layout or Cart Layout with Shipping.
Give the clone a descriptive name, enable the ‘Display layout to account shoppers only’ option, and save it.
Go to Grid View for the layout, add the
Header Widget, Acct-based, LoggedIninstance of the Header widget type to the layout and delete the original Header Widget.Make sure you are using the latest version of the Shopping Cart widget so that account-specific price groups are properly displayed.
