You can continue to make changes to the plan or the data and recalculate compensation. There are two ways to recalculate compensation:
To recalculate compensation with new results overwriting old results
If you have already released a calculation run and need to correct earnings stated for that period, you can recalculate compensation. In most cases, you will replace the original earnings with the results of the new calculation. The corrected earnings are included in the employee balances for each included participant. After a calculation run has been released to end users, calculation cannot be run again for the same run name and period. You can, however, run the same period again using a different run name. |
