3 Indexing Documents

To index documents, you open a previously scanned or imported batch and complete index fields.

You can perform all indexing tasks using keyboard shortcuts, as described in "Using Index Keyboard Commands". Using the keyboard shortcuts can save time, by reducing the use of the mouse.
