Enable standby power and the IPMB buses for the fabric cards on the CMC:
# enablestby fc slot
where slot is the slot number of the installed fabric cards (0–8).
Repeat Step 2 for each installed fabric card.
Verify that the OK LED flashes on the fabric cards that have been enabled.
If the OK LED is not flashing on the enabled fabric cards, investigate
why. See Check the Fabric Card Status LEDs.
If your InfiniBand fabric uses the Fat-Tree routing algorithm, you must provide a root node GUID file for the Subnet Manager.
Otherwise, continue to Power On the Fabric Cards for Installation.
