The core functionality for integrating the ATG platform with ATG Search is included in the DAF.Search module and its submodules. These modules provide the tools for indexing data in ATG repositories, submitting the data to ATG Search, issuing queries, and handling the results.
The DCS.Search module and its submodules provide commerce-specific functionality for using ATG Search to index and return results from standard and custom catalogs. The B2BCommerce.Search module and its submodules add support for ATG Business Commerce properties.
There are additional modules that add support for features such as custom catalogs and SKU-based indexing. These modules are described in the sections of this manual that deal with those topics.
