Catalog data does not require any special commerce extensions for loading. By default, ProductCatalogOutputConfig uses the standard bulk loader and incremental loader.
Note that modifying a catalog often results in structural changes to the catalog repository. To ensure the integrity of the indexed data, it is a good idea to run a bulk load (rather than an incremental load) after you modify a catalog.
