Several buttons are available in the global context area, and can include the following buttons, depending on your access rights:
Button | Description |

Customer | Allows you to search for, view and work with customer profiles. A customer profile is a summary of a customer’s login and address information. It also includes information about activity that occurred with the customer in the form of ticket history. |
Contribute | The Contribute button opens the Contribute page where you create and edit solutions. |
Tasks | The tasks page allows you to view tasks that are specific to you. |
Tickets | The Ticketing page provides you with the ability to track customer and agent activities. Most of the tasks initiated in this area launch the Ticketing UI, which provides tools for viewing, editing, and managing tickets. The Ticketing UI is described in the ATG Ticketing User Guide. |
Respond | The Respond button takes you to the Respond page, which allows you to communicate with others. |
Research | The Research button allows you to search for and browse documents. |
