After a support from has been submitted, customers can view their support issues from the My Account page.
To view a ticket (by customer):
Log in to the Self Service site.
Click My Account link. The My Account page is displayed. A list of open and closed tickets is displayed in the My Tickets panel.
Click the ticket number of the ticket to view in the My Tickets panel . The View Tickets page is displayed.
To add a note to the ticket, type related notes and information in the Add a Note box, and then click Add Note. The note is recorded and displayed in the Ticket Notes panel.
