This part describes Oracle WebCenter Sites: Community, a social computing application designed to gather visitors' comments, reviews, and ratings on website content. The Community application also enables its users to create and manage polls, which can be used to survey site visitors about desired topics. This part begins with an overview of the Community application and its users.
