Motorprise has several business users who need access to various sections of the site content. We set up roles for these users so that they could use the ATG Control Center to perform various administrative tasks. Certain users manage the catalogs and administer price lists. Another user can set up new customer accounts by creating organizations, contracts, etc.
We created these users and defined their access privileges by logging into the ATG Control Center as an administrator, using “admin” as the user name and password.
We set up the Motorprise ATG Control Center users by:
Creating five users: Manoj, Eddie, Sam, Manny, and Samantha
Creating four roles: Superadmin, Content QA, Account Manager for NDAP, Account Manager for USMW, and Profileadmin
