When Running init Task on RAID Volume clear Tasks on
Disks Always Show 0% Complete (15742034)
When an init task is running on a RAID volume, the disks in that RAID
volume have a clear task started on them. The percentage complete for the
clear task always shows zero until the init task has finished.
