You can start the Sampler component by opening it in the ACC and clicking the Start button.

You can also start the Sampler component from the Dynamo Server Admin by requesting this URL:

http://hostname:port/dyn/admin/nucleus/atg/dynamo/service/Sampler

The first time you request this page, the system instantiates the Sampler component, which begins recording statistics.

You can configure the system to start the Sampler whenever the Oracle Commerce Platform starts by adding the Sampler to the initialServices property of the /atg/dynamo/service/Initial component:
