The handleHardgoodModifyOrderNotification chain is executed when HardgoodFulfiller receives a ModifyOrderNotification message.

If the modifications are valid, it calls the appropriate processor chains, and upon conclusion, passes control to the updateOrderRepository6 processor. The only chain that this processor could trigger is handleHardgoodShipGroupUpdateModification.
