You can configure the order in which dimension values
appear in refinements lists by specifying a value for the
dimval.display_order property of the dimension value
in
rs_baseline_dimvals.xml. Lower numbers specify earlier
positions in refinement lists.
For example, the following assignment specifies that a given dimension value will appear in the fifth position in refinement lists:
<PROP NAME="dimval.display_order"> <PVAL>5</PVAL> </PROP>

rs_baseline_dimvals.xml is located by default in
\Endeca\apps\Discover\test_data\baseline.
