The program description deals with the following:
The parameters for the cash declared entry at the terminal can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.
Note!
These parameters are only evaluated if
the cash declared entry at the terminal is called up with event
<DECLAREDENTRY> and if the option "Use SSP
decl.entry" has been set in program Terminal type
-> Add.data.
Another entry mask which requires entries for payment types for which these parameters are to apply is reached via Position.
The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which the cash declared entry parameters are to be updated. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with Search.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999
Enter the number of the branch for which the cash declared entry parameters are to be updated. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with Search.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999
This field allows for entry of the number under which the data record is to be/has been stored in the system.
A free number should be entered in the key fields for new programming.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter the name of the article in the field. The name entry is discretionary.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9
Enter a value in this field to define the number of attempts possible for declared entry at the terminal.
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 10 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Enter an amount in this field to define the maximum total difference to be permitted for declared entry at the terminal. If the system establishes a difference for all payment types and if this exceeds the amount entered here, the declared entry cannot be completed. In this case, the declared entry will have to be repeated.

Select one of the options offered to define the procedure for declared entry if open guest checks are stored in the system. Selection is done by clicking onto the entry in the field and, with a second click, selecting the required option.

Open payments in advance are payments which are used for the EFT Terminal Xenta Spin-Connect.
Select one of the options offered to define the procedure for declared entry if the system has open payments in advance stored. Selection is done by clicking onto the entry in the field and with a second click selecting the required option.

declared entry is done for the signed on operator
Switch deactivated: The declared
entry can be done for any operator.
Switch active: The
bank no. must be entered for declared entry.
Switch deactivated: No bank no.
entry enforced for declared entry.

entered declared results are printed.
Switch deactivated: No print of
the declared results during declared entry
Switch active: The
result of the declared entry is printed out on the receipt
Switch deactivated: The result of
the declared entry is not
printed on the receipt.
