Made 2 Measure Parameters

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can maintain the data for the made to measure parameters, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.

Within a customer order, you can record items which have to be made. For this kind of order, you have to maintain particular made to measure parameters and enter the number of this parameter record in the field "Made 2 Meas. Para" in the update program Application -> Organization -> Company -> Details.

In order to be able to register a customer made to measure within a customer order, you have to create an item with the option "Open Item". The number of this item has to be entered in the field "Dump Code" in this program.

Remarks on the Input Fields

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data

Just like in almost any other program:


Company

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company to which the made to measure parameter is to be assigned. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Para.Rec No

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999

Enter the number with which this made to measure parameter is (to be) stored in the system.

When creating a new record, enter a new unique number in the Primary Key Fields.

For modifications or deletions, call the data record by entering the numbers in the primary key fields. If you do not know the numbers, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Descriptor

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.

Enter a name for the made to measure parameter.


Dump Code

Permitted input range: decimal, max. 14 positions

Enter the number of the item to be used for made to measure within a customer order.

Note:
This item has to be created in the system as an "Open Item". If you press the <M2M> key within the customer order, you have to enter a price to book this item for the made to measure.

After the price input, the system will switch over to the text input to enable you to enter a descriptive text for the made to measure.

Phys. Item to ST

Activated: With a made to measure, additionally booked items will be added to the subtotal.
Deactivated: The subtotal includes the price for the made to measure only.

Note:
If you book additional items for a made to measure, e.g. cloth or other materials for a pair of trousers, you can define by this parameter whether the price for this item is to be added to the subtotal when being calculated or not.


Print phys. Item

Activated: Additionally booked items will be printed on the receipt within a made to measure.
Deactivated: Additionally booked items will not be printed on the receipt within a made to measure.

Note:
If you book additional items for a made to measure, e.g. cloth or other materials for a pair of trousers, you can define by this parameter whether this item is to be printed on the receipt or not.
