New programming, changes and clear operations are possible with this program. The stored data can also be displayed for information purposes.
Notes:
Loyality points or stamps are calculated
automatcally during the sales of goods. The amount of given stamps are
depending of the assigned Loyality table and the calculated
turnover of items. Loyality points and stamps will only be calculated for those
items which have the option Item -> Sales "Points allowed" activated.
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company to which the point bands is to be linked. If this number is not known, the data record can be selected with Search.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99
Enter the number under which this record is to be/has been stored in the system.
If a new record is to be programmed, a free number should be entered in the key fields.
Changes or clear operations are possible after entering the number of the data record in the key fields. If the number is not known, it can be selected with Search.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 32 pos.
Enter the name of the point band in this field. There are no restrictions for the name.

Select one of the offered point band types by clicking on this field and with a second click confirming the selection.
The system offers the following point band types:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999999
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places

Select one of the offered redemption processes by clicking on this field and with a second click confirming the selection.
The system offers the following redemption processes:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the payment type which will caculate the loyality points or stamps. The payment type should be assigned to the category "Stamps out".
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the Loyality table which will be used for the calculation of stamps and loyality points.
Switch active: The number of loyality points or stamps will be calculated automatically.
Switch deactivated: The operator will be able to confirm the number of stamps or loyality points.
Notes:
If this option is inactiv, the operator will be able to reduce the calculated
stamps or loyality points.
