The following program description deals with:
By use of this program you can create, change or delete price grid records in the system. You can display the data on the screen for enquiry only.
Price grids are used to adjust prices calculated from the system during a Price Change.
If price grid is used for changing the prices, the calculated prices from the system are adjusted according to the values in the price grid table. The next price will always be used.
Example:
For the price change of an item, the new price is
calculated to be EUR1249.49 with an increment of 15%. In the price grid table,
there are the values of 1220.00 and 1260.00. In this case, the new price will
be set to EUR1260.00.
However, the new price will also be determined by the tolerance percentage defined in the Price Change Program. If the difference of the calculated new price and the adjusted price taken from the table is greater than the difference allowed (from the tolerance percentage), the adjusted price from the table is not used.
This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.
