Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter into this field the number of the price grid with which the price change is to be linked. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.
The linking to a Price Grid is optional. If a link exists, the calculated prices from the system will be adjusted to the values of the price grid.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 5 digits including max. 2 decimal places
Enter into this field a percentage value to determine the difference allowed for a price change through a linked price group of an item or with a price grid. If the price change is not processed by a linked price group or a price grid, the value here will be ignored.
Example:
Item 1 has a price of EUR 5 and is to be increased by 5 %. The changed price has a value of EUR5.50.
Item 1 is linked to a Price Group and is to be changed to have an ending value of 0.99, i.e., the new price will be changed from EUR5.50 to EUR5.99.
This field "Tolerance %" has a value of 5%, i.e., the difference between the calculated new price of EUR5.50 and the final price EUR5.99 may not be greater than 5%. If the difference is greater, the calculated price of EUR5.50 will be the new price.
If a price grid is involved for doing the price change, the same restriction will apply. For an existing price grid, the ending table of the linked price group is ignored.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99

Permitted input range: decimal, max. 5 digits including max. 2 decimal places
Enter into this field the new percentage value of the value added tax for calculating the new selling price of the selected items.
Note that the new percentage value has to be also changed in the VAT update program, so that the values do not contradict each other.
