Price Group

The following program description deals with:

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program you can maintain the price groups in the system, i.e. add new records, change or delete the existing ones. The stored data can be displayed on the screen for enquiry only.

In price groups, the price endings are stored in tables. These are used to set the prices of the items after a Price Change operation.

The values in the Price Ending Table have to be entered in ascending order. The value "0.00" is allowed only at the beginning of a table. The number of digits entered will be used for rounding, e.g., 0.00 rounds the last 2 digits, 1.45 the last 3 of the calculated price.

price endings only become effective during a price change if the corresponding price group has been linked to an Item.

Note that a linked Price Grid will have a higher priority than a linked price group, i.e. if a price grid is assigned to a price change, a linked price group will be ignored.
