By use of this program, you can maintain the production positions, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.
Basically, a production consists of two parts: the formal data and the concrete recipe item data of a production.
Please note that only Recipe Items without the characterization Automatic Production can be assigned to a production as positions.
This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 14 positions
Enter the number of the production item. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search function.
Please note that only recipe items without the characterization Automatic Production can be assigned to a production as positions.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 13 positions, max. 3 decimal digits
Enter the production quantity for this recipe.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 11 positions, max. 3 decimal digits
Displays the production costs for the entered quantity of this position.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 40 chars.
You can enter a descriptive text for the production position. This text can be chosen at will.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999
In this field you can change the predefined quantity unit of this item. The predefined unit is the one assigned as the stock unit in the update program Item.
