The following program description deals with:


Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can produce recipes, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can view already stored data for information purposes.

The production of Recipes means that a recipe item is produced in any number or quantity for a particular stock location. By this, the quantity of the recipe item is increased in the target stock and the ingredients are reduced in the corresponding source stock.

Basically, a production consists of two parts: the formal data and the concrete recipe item data of a production.

In a first step, the formal data is created in program Production, i.e. you assign a production note number, enter the branch and profit center numbers and define the date, time etc. You basically create a table in which the actual entries, the recipe items, are still missing.

In the second step, you assign the recipes to be produced to the production. This assignment happens via the update program Production Position.

Just like in almost any other program:


Company

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company for which you would like to edit a production. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search function.


Branch

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the branch for which you would like to edit a production. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search function.


Prod. note no.

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999

When creating a new production, confirm this field by pressing the <Return> key. During the subsequent storage process, the system automatically assigns the smallest free number.

For modifications or deletions, you can call the data record by entering a number which has already been stored in the system.

If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search function.


Operator

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999

This field cannot be edited. The system always displays the number of the logged-on operator.

The operator has to be created via the program Operator and authorized to use this program before being allowed to carry out a production.


Text…

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 40 chars.

You can enter a free descriptive text for the internal production.


In profit center

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the profit center for which you would like to carry out a production. The corresponding stock will be ascertained using the assigned stock table.


Production date

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Date on which the production is stored.


Production time

Permitted input range: HHMMSS (hour, minute, second)

Enter the time of your production.


Standing production

Activated: This production will not be confirmed as long as this option is activated.
Deactivated: The production will be confirmed.


Offline transaction

Button activated: Offline transactions for the PDA has been created for this production.
Button deactivated:. No offline transactions for the PDA has been created for this production.

Note:
Productions should be generally created at the backoffice before they will send to the PDA as offline transaction.
