By use of this program, you can maintain the data for item positions, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.
The item positions for this suggestion list are created after the button "Create List" in the update program "Suggested Deletion Item" has been clicked on.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 14 positions
Displays the number of the item that has been marked as "deleteable" in the database.
You can assign other items to the list if the items meet the following requirements:

Attempts to assign an item to this list
that does not meet the conditions mentioned above will be rejected with a
corresponding error message.

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Displays the item name.
Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
Displays the date on which this item has been created and stored in the database. The Creation Date is also displayed in the screen mask of the update program Item.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 11 positions, max. 3 decimal digits
Displays the sales quantity of this item. The display of the sales quantity depends on the entered selection criteria in the update program "Suggested Deletion Item".
In the selection field Max. Quantity, you can define that only items that do not exceed a particular max. sales quantity are to be marked as Deleteable.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions, max. 3 decimal digits
Displays the item turnover. The display of the turnover depends on the entered selection criteria in the update program "Suggested Deletion Item".
In the selection field Max Turnover, you can define that only items that do not exceed a particular max. turnover are to be marked as Deleteable.
Activated: This
item has been characterized as deleteable.
Deactivated: This item is not characterized as deleteable.
When the item positions are created for the suggestion list, all items of this list are automatically marked as "deleteable". You can deactivate the option "deleteable" if the item is not to deleted.
Note:
You can only change the item position,
until you have confirmed the transaction by clicking on the button
"Execute" in the tool bar of the update program Suggested Deletion Item.
After you have confirmed the transaction, all items of this list that are characterized as deleteable are marked as Ready to be deleted in the update program Item and can be deleted from the database by use of the report in the menu Report -> Deletion ->Item Deletion.
