The following program description deals with:
By use of this program, you can maintain the data for a stock movement, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.
By use of this program, only the stock items within a branch can be moved. If you would like to move items from the stock of a different branch, you have to use the update programs Stock Movement Branch out and Stock Movement Branch in.
Proceed as follows to carry out a Stock Movement:

The Stock Movement is only finished correctly after you have clicked on the button Execute after saving.

The stock movement then receives the state "Confirmed".
Note:
After you have confirmed a stock movement, you can
still view the data but you cannot change it.
This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which you would like to edit a stock movement. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the branch for which you would like to edit a stock movement. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999
When creating a new stock movement, confirm this field by pressing <Enter>. During the subsequent storage process, the system will generate the smallest free number automatically.
For modifications or deletions, call the data record by entering the numbers stored in the system.
If you do not know the numbers, you can also use the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999
This field is locked. The system displays the number of the signed-on operator.
The operator has to be created via the program Operator and authorized to use this program before being able to carry out a stock movement.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the source stock from which the stock items are to be moved out.
If you do not know the number, you can also use the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the target stock to which the stock items are to be moved in.
If you do not know the number, you can also use the Search Function.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 40 pos.
A commentary or a descriptive text can be entered in this field.
Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
Displays the date of the stock movement. This field can be edited manually, though.
Permitted input range: HHMMSS (hour, minute, second)
Displays the time of the stock movement. This field can be edited manually.
Entry range permitted: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
Displays the date of the stock movement in. This field can be edited manually, though.
Entry range permitted: HHMMSS (hour, minute, second)
Displays the time of the stock movement in. This field can be edited manually, though.
Button activated: This stock move was done by the operator in
training mode.
Button deactivated: This stock move was not done by the
operator in training mode.
Note:
This option will be automatically activated if a stock movement was done by the
operator in training mode recorded on the till. In that case the stock movement
will be stored but without any changes of stock values.
Button activated: Offline
transactions for the PDA has been created for this stock movement.
Button deactivated:. No offline transactions for the PDA has been
created for this stock movement.
Note:
Stock movements should be generally created at the backoffice before they will
send to the PDA as offline transaction.
