Stock Movement Branch in

The following program description deals with:

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can maintain the data for stock movements in from other branches, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.

By use of this program, only the stock items from a different branch can be moved in. For stock movements within the same branch, you have to use the update program Stock Movement.

Proceed as follows to carry out a Stock Movement (in):

  1. In the first step, the formal data is to be entered via this update program to store the data record with a number given by the system.
  2. In the second step, the missing items are to be assigned to the stock movement via the update program Stock Movement in Position.

Notes:

The Stock Movement in is only finished correctly after you have clicked on the button Execute after saving.

 Button: Execute

The stock movement in then receives the state "Confirmed".

Note:
After you have confirmed a stock movement in, you can still view the data but you cannot change them.
