The module has these ports:

Two individual SFP+ 20-pin optical ports that offer data rates or 4, 8, and 16 Gbps per second. Each port consists of two optical ferrules. One ferrule provides the port's transmit path, and the other ferrule offers the port's receive path.

One serial management port (SER MGT).

Caution - The SER MGT port is for Oracle use only. Do not use this port unless explicitly instructed to do so by Oracle Support personnel.
