Your business may permit agent supervisors to override order prices in two areas: during order creation and order amendment.
To set the price override permissions:
Log into the Oracle Commerce Cloud Service dashboard using your admin user ID and password.
Click Settings.
Click Agent Console Settings, and then the Price Override tab.
Select or clear the appropriate checkboxes: Order creation and Order amendment.
Click Save.
