Enhanced power-loss data protection
For data protection, Oracle Flash Accelerator F640 PCIe Card v2 is designed with energy storage components to complete buffered writes to the persistent flash storage in case of a sudden power loss. These energy storage components are designed for the life of the drives and do not require periodic maintenance.

Oracle Flash Accelerator F640 PCIe Card v2 receives electrical power from the PCI Express +12 VDC and +3.3 VDC power rails as listed in the following table.
