Pricing and the tax calculations are done by Commerce and the order is passed on to OMS. The orders created on the Order Management Cloud are not synched into Commerce Cloud.

The order creation integration work flow can pass the order created on Oracle Commerce Cloud to Order Management Cloud for fulfillment using the Order Submit for Non-PCI Compliant Target Systems webhook, which is triggered after the remorse period setup in Commerce.
