Make Content Available on a Public Link

In Oracle Analytics, you can enable non-Oracle Analytics users to access workbooks, dashboards, and analyses using a public link.

Before you start:

• Ask your administrator to enable public access (using the Enable Public Access system setting in Console) and give you (or an application role you belong to) permission to publish public content (using the Publish Content Publicly permission in Console).
• Verify that the workbook, analysis or dashboard that you want to publish doesn't contain confidential, personal, regulated, or internal-only data.
