Configuration Steps

Here are the steps to configure Oracle Field Service to use Oracle Digital Assistant.

  1. Configure Oracle Digital Assistant in the Where is My Technician theme.
    1. Pull the Skill from the Skill Store.
    2. Create a Web Channel in Oracle Digital Assistant.
    3. Add the Channel URI and ID to the Where is My Technician theme.
  2. Configure Oracle Field Service API and permissions.
  3. Configure the Oracle Digital Assistant skills.
  4. Validate the integration.
