Targeted Account Selling
Important: Oracle Guided Campaigns is only available if you have purchased licenses. For Standard and Enterprise Eloqua trims, you are entitled to 5 and 10 free licenses respectively. If you require additional licenses, or are on Eloqua Basic, please contact your account representative for more information.
The Targeted Account Selling tactic in Oracle Guided Campaigns allows you to create a campaign sending an engagement based sequence of two emails to a defined audience.
-
Your second email send only goes out to contacts who do not engage with your first email.
-
You can define your engagement criteria.
The Targeted Account Selling tactic has 5 steps in the guided process. The below process steps will guide you through the creation process.
Audience
You should select the audience that you wish to send to.
This can be an existing segment in Eloqua, or you can create a new one for use.
If you wish to create a new audience, you can upload a .csv/.xls file to create a new audience. This will also create a segment in your Eloqua instance.

Opportunity qualification
This allows you to automatically route respondents to a follow up program.
