Account Activity

This subject area groups relevant attributes and metrics to help build an account, campaign, asset, or channel analysis. This subject area is optimized for highly performant account analytics, but can also be used for campaign, email, or channel analytics. To learn more about subject areas, see Insight subject areas.

Note: You must have the analyzer license to build an analysis using Insight subject areas. For more information, see Insight users and permissions.

Good to know

Oracle Eloqua has two ways of determining accounts:

If there is an account to contact linkage, a contact's activity is associated to the linked account.
If you do not use account to contact linkage, or the contact does not have a linked account, a contact’s activity is assigned to an account determined by the contact’s company name.
