Setting Up Recommendations

This section explains how to set up recommendations for web or email channels. Most of the setup will only happen once. The key parts are:

• Tag for data collection.
• Tracking visitor behavior.
• Inventory file to generate recommendations from.
• Email only: installation of Recommendations App in Oracle Responsys.
• Configure Item Layouts and Sale Price Layouts.
