Enabling Oracle Responsys Mobile App Analytics

Important: The Mobile App Analytics dashboards are currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request. Customers also need to have the Infinity Streams Cloud Service SKU to access this feature.

With Oracle Responsys Mobile App Analytics, marketers can understand app user behavior and mobile app performance.

Note: In order to review Mobile App KPI Metrics in Responsys, Apps must implement integration with the Infinity Analytics SDK.

Use this topic to enable the dashboard for your account.

To enable the dashboard:

  1. Navigate to The Account iconAccount on the side navigation bar.
  2. Search for Infinity data integration.
  3. Enable the Turn-on Mobile Analytics option, and include the provided configuration parameters that you received through your service request.
  4. Click Save.
