OpenAir Mobile 5.1

Jot down time and expenses as you go in your draft inbox, and pull your time entry or receipt drafts when you’re ready to complete your timesheet or expense report.

OpenAir Mobile 5.1 will be available for iOS and Android devices in April 2024. Users will be informed of the new release through the App store (iOS) and Google Play store (Android).

OpenAir Mobile 5.1 introduces the capability to create draft time entries and receipts as you go. You can make a quick note of your time and expenses at any time even when your mobile is not connected to the internet.

Note:

Drafts are stored locally on your mobile device. The information in draft time entries and receipts is sent to OpenAir only after you add it to a timesheet or expense report and the data synchronization runs.

Go to your draft inbox from the navigation drawer and tap the add icon to create a draft time entry or receipt using a short standard form. The draft form is designed for quick information entry – it includes only the most important standard fields and ignores the usual standard and custom business rules for time entries and receipts in your company's OpenAir account.

You can edit or delete draft time entries and receipts in your draft inbox at any time.

When you’re ready to complete your timesheet or expense report, you can:

Move draft time entries or receipts to a timesheet or expense report from your draft inbox.
Pull draft receipts into your expense report. To do so, tap Add receipt from draft list and select from a filtered list of draft receipts with a date within the expense report period.
Drag draft time entries to a time card on your timesheet. Editable timesheets show all available time entry drafts for days within the timesheet period.

Move or pull a draft receipt or time entry into your expense report or timesheet.

You can pin draft time entries and receipts to your dashboard and use the following widgets to add a draft or attach a file to a draft receipt:

Create – Tap the Create widget then choose Time entry draft or Receipt draft.
Create time entry draft
Create receipt draft
Attach file – Tap the Attach file widget then choose New receipt draft or Existing receipt draft.

With OpenAir Mobile 5.1, you can now pin a time card to your dashboard. Submitting the timesheet containing a pinned time card unpins the time card automatically.

OpenAir Exchange Integration Manager 5.3

A new version of OpenAir Exchange Integration Manager is available.

When exporting bookings to an Exchange user mailbox as calendar events using OpenAir Exchange Integration Manager 5.3, the body of the calendar event now includes the customer name, the project name, the project task name, the duration of the booking, and notes about the booking, if any.

A new version of OpenAir Integration Manager is available.
