Refreshing NetSuite Data

Periodically, you must synchronize the NetSuite metadata and data with Planning and Budgeting by executing data load rules to refresh the application's data. You can choose the data refresh frequency and, optionally, schedule Planning and Budgeting to execute a refresh at a given date and time.

  Note:

  Before scheduling a job, consider when other scheduled Jobs are due to execute. Also, consider when Daily Maintenance updates happen, because these could prevent your job from successfully executing.
