Enabling Enhanced Technician Notes

Before you enable this feature, you must have an Oracle OCI account.

To enable Enhanced Technician Notes globally:

  1. Go to Field Service > Administration > Configuration.

  2. In the Editor text area, update the global setting to enable Enhanced Technician Notes for all supported text areas.
