Enabling Enhanced Technician Notes

Before you enable this feature, you must set up an Oracle OCI account. For more information, see Configuring OCI Credentials for AI.

To enable Enhanced Technician Notes globally:

  1. Go to Field Service > Administration > Configuration.

  2. In the Editor text area, update the global setting to enable Enhanced Technician Notes for all supported text areas.
