Transfer SuiteAnalytics Datasets to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
You can transfer SuiteAnalytics datasets to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse from the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Data Transfer Setup page. This enables you to analyze your existing datasets alongside standard NetSuite Analytics Warehouse data without manually recreating them.
On the SuiteAnalytics Dataset tab, select datasets and the fields to transfer for each dataset, review how the fields are organized in your NetSuite Analytics Warehouse instance, and start the transfer.
Create NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Instance from the Configuration Page
You can create a NetSuite Analytics Warehouse instance from the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Configuration page. To create a NetSuite Analytics Warehouse instance, first enable the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse feature. Then, company employees with the Administrator role can open the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Configuration page and click Create NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.
This change ensures that feature access is separated from warehouse provisioning. Enabling the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse feature makes the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse available, but does not create an instance. If you disable the feature after an Analytics Warehouse instance is created, the instance remains, but NetSuite disables the data pipeline and stops transferring and refreshing NetSuite data in the Analytics Warehouse.

Transfer Saved Searches to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
You can transfer saved searches to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse from the Data Transfer Setup page.
This feature lets you analyze business-specific search data together with standard Analytics Warehouse data and helps you reuse existing saved search logic instead of recreating the same data definitions in another tool.
Before transferring saved searches, you need to complete a one-time Oracle NetSuite Analytics connector setup in Oracle Analytics Cloud first. For more information, see Transferring Saved Searches to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.
Transfer Data from Salesforce Data Source
If you are a Premium or Enterprise NetSuite Analytics Warehouse user, you can manage data transfer from Salesforce as a data source from the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Data Transfer Setup page. Salesforce data is grouped into functional areas similar to how NetSuite data is organized.
