Accessing and Using the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp
Any role with the required permissions can access the SaaS 360 dashboard. For the full list, see Assigning Roles and Permissions
By default, the dashboard is available for Accounting, Classic, Executive, and Sales centers.
To access the SaaS 360 dashboard:
-
Log in to NetSuite.
-
On the SaaS 360 Dashboard tab, go to Revenue Metrics.
-
Click View.
When the dashboard loads, it shows data based on your role’s access to subsidiaries and transactions. The Subscription Metrics automatically uses the fiscal calendar assigned to subsidiaries you can access, ensuring all metrics and reports match your permissions and the correct fiscal periods. The dashboard shows amounts in your lowest common parent company’s base currency. To learn how this works, see Currency for Multiple Subsidiary Search Results.
On the SaaS 360 dashboard, you can:
-
Filter data based on subsidiary, customer, item, location, class, department, and date range.
-
Review portlets for ARR, MRR, Bookings, Revenue, and SaaS Metrics.
-
Click on any value in the Roll Forward Report to drill down to transaction-level details.
-
View trends, spikes, and dips in metrics like MRR, ARR, churn, retention, and bookings using graphs.
