Working with the Dashboard Filters

The Subscription Metrics SuiteApp provides primary filters such as metric, subsidiary, and customer to refine your data. You can also use secondary filters, such as date range and period, in each portlet for further selection. As you set filters, the dashboard updates in real time. All portlets, reports, and charts reflect the filtered data.

If you want to reset filters, click Reset Filters.

Note:

When working with dashboard filters, note the following:

  • Filters only display data you are permitted to view based on your NetSuite role and permissions. Currently, you can't save or share custom filter sets or dashboard views.

  • Adjust filters to see the correct data.

You can filter data on the dashboard by the following criteria.
