Adding ACH Payment Methods

Important:

ACH payments are only supported in accounts with a billing address based in the U.S.

The Financial Dashboard in NetSuite enables you to manage bank accounts for Automated Clearing House transfers for paying NetSuite invoices. You can securely set up multiple bank accounts for ACH.

To add an ACH payment method using the Financial Dashboard:

  1. Log into your NetSuite account using the NetSuite 360 - Plus Financials role.

  2. Click the Support tab.

  3. Click the NetSuite 360 link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.

  4. In the left panel in NetSuite 360, click the Financial Dashboard tab.

  5. On the Financial Dashboard page, click the Bank Accounts (ACH) subtab, and then click the Add ACH Payment Method button.

  6. In the popup window that opens, fill out the Bank Account Number, Bank Name, Routing Number, Account Owner Name fields.

  7. From the Account Type list, select the account type.

  8. (Optional) To make this bank account your default bank account for paying NetSuite invoices through ACH, check the Is Default box.

  9. Click Save.

If you want to edit an ACH payment method record, click Edit next to the applicable bank account.
