Adding Payment Cards Using the Financial Dashboard
The Financial Dashboard in NetSuite enables you to manage payment cards for paying NetSuite invoices. You can securely add new credit or debit cards for invoice payments.
To add a payment card using the Financial Dashboard:

Log into your NetSuite account using the NetSuite 360 - Plus Financials role.

Click the Support tab.

Click the NetSuite 360 link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.

In the left panel in NetSuite 360, click the Financial Dashboard tab.

On the Financial Dashboard page, click the Add Payment Card button.

In the popup window that opens, fill out the Cardholder Name, Expiration Date, and Card Number fields.

(Optional) To make this card your default card for paying NetSuite invoices, check the Is Default box.

Click Save.
If you want to edit a payment card record, click Edit next to the applicable card. In the popup window that appears, you can set the card as inactive. To do this, ensure the Is Default box is cleared, check the Is Inactive box, and then click Save.
