Submitting a Primary Contact Change Request
If your company needs to update the primary contact for your NetSuite account, you can submit a change request. This ensures the correct person receives important billing communications and account notifications.
The change may take up to two business days to take effect in your account.
To submit a primary contact change request:

Log into your NetSuite account with the NetSuite 360 - Plus Financials role.

Click the Support tab.

Click the NetSuite 360 link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.

In the left panel in NetSuite 360, click the Financial Dashboard tab.

On the Financial Dashboard page, in the Quick Access portlet, click the Submit Primary Contact Change Request link.

In the popup window that opens, review the Current Primary Contact, and fill out the Primary Contact Name and Primary Contact Email fields with new primary contact information.

Click the Submit button.
