Set Up the SuiteApprovals SuiteApp for Engineering Change Order
SuiteApprovals provides the workflow for ECO approvals.
You must perform this setup before Enabling Engineering Change Order.
Important:
Custom workflows for ECO approvals are not currently supported.
Installation
For instructions, see Installing the SuiteApprovals SuiteApp.
Deploying the Required Script
After the SuiteApprovals SuiteApp is installed, deploy the required script to the Engineering Change Order record.
To deploy the required script for engineering change order:

Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

Search for SAS Supported Records UE in the list.

Click the View link for the script.

Click Deploy Script.

In the Applies To field, select Engineering Change Order.

In the ID field, enter a unique ID for the deployment.

In the Execute as Role field, select Administrator.

Under Audience subtab, check the Select All box for Roles.

Click Save.
