Lost Card Information

What should my vendor do if they lose the card information provided in the remittance?

You can email a copy of the remittance email to the vendor. You can also cancel the virtual card and issue a new one. See Canceling Virtual Cards for more information.

In addition, your vendor can contact your accounts payable department if they've lost the virtual card's information. For more information, see Reviewing Remittance Email.
