ARR roll forward report – This report shows the ARR beginning balance, new, upsell, downsell, churn, and ending balance amounts per month for the current year. Amounts are shown in the subsidiary's currency. ARR amounts are annualized. For contracts with terms that are less than or equal to 12 months, the ARR amount is the contract amount. For contracts with terms greater than 12 months, the ARR amount is computed as the contract amount, divided by the term, and multiplied by 12.
-
MRR roll forward report – This report shows the MRR new, renewal, upsell, downsell, and churn amounts per month for the current year. Amounts are shown in the subsidiary's currency. MRR amounts are computed monthly. For example, if you have a contract in January amounting to $12,000 USD with a 12-month term, this amount appears as $1,000 USD every month from January to December. MRR is computed as the contract amount divided by the term in months. If the contract term is less than one month, the MRR is the contract amount.
